Now that it’s officially Fall my body thinks it’s fine to get all icky and sick on me. Feeling totally deflated on this Friday morning. Shamelessly had pizza for breakfast because I thought it would cheer me up. BUT, I’m getting myself together and eating clean for the rest of today, because I know proper nutrition is going to see me through this cold faster.
Hey Sharee. Question, what do you do when your day starts off on a bad note? And it just doesn't seem to be getting better? What are your coping methods?
I talk to Dre and then call my mom. Workout and sleep. Sleep solves alot of problems for me.
