In March 2013 I was 150 pounds and resolved to get fit for my 24th birthday. Since March 1, 2013 I have lost 8 pounds, averaging -.8 pounds per week. My goal weight is 130, I have 12 pounds to go, and my birthday is this week.
Yes, my progress has been slow, but it has been steady, and I am so unbelievably proud of myself. I may not be at my goal weight for this birthday, but I know I will be by next year. I am only 8 pounds down, but I feel so radically different and improved. To be in control and confident in your fitness is one of the most satisfying feelings I have ever experienced. I just wanted to thank you all for the constant sources of information, education and positivity.
